Just a short update tonight –
Jason’s getting the last of his chemo tonight and very early in the morning, and that will be it for this round. Then he’ll have a couple days of recovery in the hospital before he can go home. He seems to have weathered the low level flu-like side effects that have continued throughout the 5 days of treatment. It looks like he got through this without the very serious and painful side effects he experienced with the first 2 treatments.
The biggest problem for Jason this round has been the fluid retention and the fatigue. He should start losing these fluids over the next couple days and continue to improve more during this two week recovery period.
More later.

Thanks for even short updates, Marjorie. We always look forward to them! Jason, let's hope you get a good recovery from this round to get your stamina back. Debby, thanks for all your love and attention to your husband. You and Marjorie are the best through all of this. If there is anything we can do to help Team Jensen, let us know... Love you all. Joe and Kathy.
Team Jensen - you are wonderful! I hope you all get some good rest and relaxation during this recovery period. I hope Jason gets rid of those fluids quickly and feels much more comfortable this time around. Let us know if there is anything you want us to send or bring from home. We look forward to seeing you soon. Pita is well and enjoying the 'real' cat food now.
Glad to hear it went better this time around. Debby I sent you an email about poss dates to come and visit, I need myJensen fix. It was wierd going to san diego and not seeing you guys. LOVE YOU LOTS.
Team Jensen - So glad you are taking care of Jason. Now you can rest & relax in the next two weeks. Debby, have an idea for you; stick a pin in Jason's leg and may the fluid will flow out!! Thanks so much Marge for all your updates!
